THE INTENSIFICATION OF TEACHERS TO NEW FORMS OF WORK WITH PARENTS IN PRESCHOOL
Abstracts

Introduction. The organization of interaction of kindergarten and family based on cooperation allows each child to feel the participant of educational process that is especially important for personal development of children, maintenance of their cognitive activity, and parents to feel full participants of educational process. But in modern socio-economic realities, the old forms of pedagogical interaction are already ineffective, do not cause interest either from teachers or from parents. Consequently, there was a need to develop new forms of work with parents, the introduction of fresh pedagogical ideas. Thus, the head of the preschool institution is tasked to activate teachers to search for new forms in working with parents. The practical implementation of this task in MBDOU No. 88 of Chelyabinsk is presented in this article. The article is devoted to the analysis of research, experimental work in preschool educational organization; substantiation of the priority role of social partnership of preschool educational organization and family in the process of socialization of preschool children.   The purpose of the article is the analysis of innovative forms of partnership between DOE and family in the framework of socialization of preschool children.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of activation of teachers and social partnership of preschool educational organization and family in the process of socialization of preschool children; as well as diagnostic methods, including observation, description, conversation, questioning, testing, methods of statistical data processing.

Results. An innovative functional educational model based on the exchange of pedagogical experience has been developed, which contributes to the activation of teachers of preschool educational institutions to search for effective methods and techniques of teachers ' work with parents of preschool children in the framework of social partnership.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of the project is the correspondence of socialization of preschool children to the graduate model.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the main tendency is to teach parents to solve life problems independently. This implies changes in the system of "teacher-parent", requires efforts from the teaching staff of the DOE.   The work carried out to improve the pedagogical competence of parents-participants has shown its effectiveness. Also expected are such results as increasing the level of parental competence; harmonization of family and parent-child relations; increasing the responsibility of parents for the fate of the child and his activity in relations with employees of DOE.

Highlights

The necessity of development of new forms of work with parents, introduction of fresh pedagogical ideas is proved;

Tasks of activation of teachers to search of new forms in work with parents are defined;

Developed a multimedia consultation for parents, which presents the gender aspects of preschool education and explains its importance for parents in the form of diagrams and tables;

A family club session was held to familiarize parents with mnemonics and a number of classes with children on mnemonics;

There was at the same time an exchange of pedagogical experience and increase of pedagogical culture of a family.
